Refund policy
All returns require approval before we can process a refund or exchange, and must be requested within 10-days of receipt of order. To request approval, please send an email to contact@zunigaoptical.com, include your name, order number, and reason for the return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and all its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Jacques Marie Mage product is Non-Refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items may be non-refundable or subject to specific return conditions. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Please note the following established exceptions:
- Jacques Marie Mage Product: We cannot accept returns on Jacques Marie Mage product, due to the limited nature and exclusivity. Please review the product detail before purchasing, and don't hesitate to contact us directly with any questions. Returns can only be excepted in the case of documented factory defects.
- Sale Items & Gift Certificates: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. There is a $10 restocking fee for all returns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
